How It Works

Stablecoin Settlement & Tokenized Commodity Capital

Stablecoin Settlement

A stablecoin is a digital currency backed 1:1 by fiat currency or approved reserve assets. It holds stable value — unlike volatile cryptocurrencies. MOOZARS is building infrastructure designed to settle commodity trades in seconds rather than the 2–5 days required by traditional correspondent banking. The intended design includes full reserve transparency and blockchain-verified settlement records, with counterparty risk reduced at the point of settlement.

Tokenized Capital Flow

Tokenization converts ownership of a real-world asset into digital tokens on a blockchain — enabling fractional ownership and instant transfer. MOOZARS is building infrastructure designed to tokenize commodity value at every stage of the supply chain: purchase, transport, refining, and storage. The intended model creates new capital pathways into markets that were previously accessible only to established trading houses.

Platform Services — Designed Capabilities

Issuance & Redemption

Designed around fiat-backed stablecoin issuance and redemption, with 1:1 reserve backing and full transparency as intended features. MOOZARS is designing its infrastructure with reference to HKMA, GENIUS Act (US), MiCA (EU), and FSMA frameworks, which it intends to operate under subject to obtaining the necessary licences. No licence is currently held and no application has yet been submitted.

Cross-Border Settlement

Designed to enable settlement across jurisdictions without correspondent banking delays or currency conversion risk. Blockchain-verified settlement records are an intended feature of the architecture. This is a design goal; the platform is not yet operational.

Reserve Transparency

The platform is designed with the intention that all stablecoin reserves will be held in approved instruments — fiat currency and treasury assets — and that reserve positions will be auditable and verifiable. These are design intentions for a platform in development.

Digital Asset Custody

Custody architecture is being designed to institutional standards, with hardware security and multi-signature authorisation as intended features for stablecoins, digital tokens, and tokenized commodity assets. No custody service is currently operational.

Compliance & KYC

The platform is being designed to include identity verification, sanctions screening, and AML compliance procedures, with reference to regulated institutional operations. These are design intentions; compliance infrastructure is in development.

Company Registration

MOOZARS LTD is incorporated in England & Wales as a financial technology infrastructure company, developing stablecoin settlement infrastructure for petroleum, energy, and commodity markets. Verify via Companies House.

Regulatory Pathway

MOOZARS is pursuing a HKMA stablecoin licence for commodity settlement — global in scope. A licence application is in preparation; no licence is currently held and no application has yet been submitted. MOOZARS (HK) LTD has not yet been incorporated. MOOZARS is designing its infrastructure with reference to the regulatory frameworks it intends to operate under, including HKMA (Hong Kong), GENIUS Act (US), MiCA (EU), FSMA 2023 (UK), and MAS (Singapore). UK trademark protection is registered across 115 financial service terms (Class 36).
